Santander has remodeled eleven of its offices in Catalonia – two of which in Girona – to create one specific ‘agricultural corner’ in which to serve farmers and ranchers through a specialist dedicated exclusively to this sector.
The offices that have been remodeled are located in:
Figueres Olot Villafranca del Penedés Lleida (2) Mollerussa Tàrrega Balaguer Tremp. Tortosa Amposta
This new model of offices, which also presents a renewed image on the outside, with vinyls aimed at the agricultural sector, it aims to “reinforce the relationship of proximity and specialization” with customers, the bank said in a statement.
In addition to financial support, the entity recalls that “the digitization and sustainability of the businesses of farmers and ranchers are the other two pillars that Santander is trying to strengthen, with advice and digital tools at the disposal of its customers”.
In a “key” year for the agricultural sector, in which the new comes into force Strategic Plan of the CAP 2023-2027Santander launched this March the PAC 2023 campaign, focused on supporting the digitization of farmers and ranchers and advising them so that they can carry out a more sustainable agriculture and comply with European regulations.
