Malappuram: Rajasthan missed out on Group A of the Santosh Trophy football championship without missing the semi-finals. Rajasthan lost to Punjab by four goals to nil in the semi-finals at the Kottapadi Stadium at 4 pm. Tarun Slatia came on as a substitute for Punjab and scored two goals. Amarpreet Singh and Parmjit Singh scored one goal each.
