The female base will have 20 representatives in the Brazilian selection this month. With athletes selected for all categories, São Paulo became the club with the most selected players in the period.
In the middle of last month, the under-17 national team coach called 26 athletes for a training period at Granja Comary, in Rio de Janeiro, and the list included seven from São Paulo: goalkeeper Clara Azzi, wingers Helô and Tays , defender Gi Mazzotti and midfielders Fran, Lorenza and Julia Vaini.
On Saturday, the commander of the sub-20 category announced the squad for training in Porto Alegre, with eight players from São Paulo: laterals Ravena and Gi, defenders Barraca and Ana Beatriz, midfielders Ana Júlia and Amaral and forwards Dudinha and Flavia.
To close the selectables, Tricolor had five more players called for the sub-15 category: goalkeeper Andressa, lateral Sara Pedot, defender Mirella, midfielder Nicole and striker Gigi Pires.
With the 20 representatives, in the sum of all categories, São Paulo surpassed the record of summoned from the previous year in the same period, adding five more numbers to the record.
