Philadelphia Eagles running back Saquon Barkley exited Week 2 against the Titans after suffering a stinger on the team’s first offensive play Sunday. On the very first play of the game’s opening drive, barkley was tackled for a loss before experiencing the injury in the backfield.

After leaving the field, Barkley spent time in the sideline medical tent before heading down the tunnel. He later returned to the sideline wearing his helmet, working alongside trainers to test his arm and shoulder mobility. At one point, medical staff fitted him with a neck roll, but he ultimately removed his helmet after running through several tests.
With their star runner sidelined, the coaching staff turned to depth options. Tank Bigsby stepped in as Philadelphia’s primary running back, supported by Will Shipley in the rotation. Titans Capitalize on Early Turnover
Barkley’s departure immediately shifted the game’s tactical landscape. After the early interception, the titans capitalized on the turnover with a 90-yard return that set up an easy offensive score just plays later, putting the first points of the day on the board.
