BWaris is Vijay’s upcoming film after St. Directed by National Award winner Vamshi Paidipally, the film has a lot of audience for updates. The first look poster which was released on the occasion of Vijay’s birthday got a lot of attention. Now there are reports that Sarath Kumar is playing the role of Vijay’s father in the film.
Times of India reports that Sarathkumar said this while talking to the media on his birthday. Reportedly, the actor has confirmed that he is playing the role of Vijay’s father in the film and actor Sham is playing Vijay’s brother. Sarath also said that Waaris belongs to a family drama category. This is Vijay’s 66th film in his career.

The film will be produced by Dil Raju and Sirish under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations. This is the first Tamil film of this production company. The film, which belongs to the family entertainer category, also stars Rashmika Mandhana, Sarath Kumar, Prakash Raj, Shyam, Yogi Babu, Prabhu, Jayasudha, Srikanth, Khushbu, Sangeeta Krishna and others.
