(Web desk) Famous actress and TV host Sarwat Gilani has revealed that she tried to end her life at least three times due to post-partum depression, while she was lonely for a long time.
Sarwat Geelani recently spoke on a private TV program about mental health and depression, including post-partum depression in mothers after giving birth.
The actress said that she was suffering from depression even before the birth of her daughter and she took the services of specialists for three years and after four specialists one specialist diagnosed her with depression, she benefited from going to the specialists and she all people suffering from depression will be advised to go to specialists.
