Pradosa ceremony held at Thiruvarangulam Sriarangulanath Periyanayaki Ambal Temple on Saturday.
Pudukottai Thiruvarangulam Sri Arangulanatha Periyanayaki Ambal Temple Saturday Pradosa Festival was held on Saturday.
During the ceremony, Nandi anointed Lord Bhagavan with 18 types of milk, tai, turmeric and ilana. Following this, the devotees lifted Swami by the ballad and marched around the inner courtyard chanting Shiva, Siva, Arogara.
Thevaram Padi Maha Deeparadhana was shown by the temple Sivacharyas and offerings were given.
Devotees had come from Pudukottai, Vallathrakkottai, Thirukattalai, Maniyambalam, Alangudi, Vadakadu, Manchanviduthi, Kothakottai, Poovarasakudi, Vandakottai, Toppukollai Sri Lanka Tamil Rehabilitation Camp.
