Riyadh: Saudi Arabia is preparing to make health certificates compulsory for those working in the delivery sector. This was announced by the Saudi Communications and Information Technology Commission. The new law will take effect on November 30. Employees who make deliveries through electronic delivery applications will be required to register with the CITC and have a health certificate issued after a medical examination, officials said. Employees who do not have certificates or who have not been confirmed to have problems with a medical examination will not be allowed to make deliveries. Medical personnel are required to perform examinations at medical centers designated by the Saudi Ministry of Health.
