Apart from the meeting with the President of the Republic, Mohammed ben Salmane and his Saudi delegation should go to the “Summit for a new global financing pact”, scheduled for June 22 and 23 in Paris, reports the Reuters news agency. .
The previous official visit of the Saudi crown prince, in July 2022 to the Élysée, had sparked a controversy. It was the first time that Mohammad bin Salman had visited Europe, after the assassination of journalist Jamal Khashoggi in 2018, in the Saudi Embassy in Türkiye.
