Saudi Arabia: Heavy rains and floods in some parts of Saudi Arabia. Some parts of Makkah were isolated by heavy rains. They were rescued by the Saudi Civil Defense. Images of people flooding in some hinterlands went viral on social media. Saudi civil defense officials said they had rescued all of them.

The maximum temperature was recorded at 23-28 degrees Celsius and the minimum at 6-11 degrees Celsius. The weather is overcast in many places. Authorities have issued a strong warning as there is heavy snowfall.
