Saurashtra 303 in Ranji Trophy quarter-final: Barth Bhatt’s superb century

Rajkot: Saurashtra were bowled out for 303 in the first innings in their Ranji Trophy quarter-final against Punjab. Saurashtra won the toss and batted first in the match which started yesterday at the SCA Stadium. On the Karnataka side, M. Venkatesh took 5 wickets, Gautham, Kaverappa 2 wickets each and Vijayakumar 1 wicket. Karnataka, who came next, scored 123 runs without losing a wicket at the end of the first day (26 overs). Samarth has 54 runs and Mayank Agarwal is in the field with 65 runs.

Andhra 262/2: In the quarter-final against Madhya Pradesh in Indore, Andhra ended the first day at 262 for 2 (88 overs). Gnaneshwar 24, Abhishek Reddy 22 runs out.
