SberDevices starts selling the new SberBox Top set-top box with virtual assistant. The gadget can act both as a media center for a TV and as a stand-alone speaker when the screen is off. The price is almost 15 thousand rubles.
“One of the key advantages of the new device is multimodality – the ability to control and interact with the gadget in different ways: using the included remote control, voice and gestures,” the company said in a press release.
Among the functions of SberBox Top, the ability to make video calls, watch movies, listen to music, use the SberPlay game service, control a smart home, as well as play sports with tracking the correctness of exercise is named.
The latter function is available thanks to the presence of an intelligent (AI) video camera. It also allows you to stay in focus during video calls, even when moving around the room.
Details about the technical stuffing of the gadget are not provided. SberBox Top is available for pre-order from May 20. The cost of the device will be 14,990 rubles.
