Sberbank Investments became the owner of a 9.99% stake in 812 Capital LLC, which manages the Euroonco oncology clinic network. The deal was closed on August 23, according to SPARK-Interfax. The share itself passed to her from the general director of the network, Khvichi Akubardia, who now owns about 70% in it (the rest belongs to entrepreneur Alexander Sviridov). A representative of Euroonco told Vedomosti that “the deal will allow the network to strengthen its position in the market and increase its competitiveness.” He declined to disclose financial details. Sberbank did not respond to a request.

The Euroonco network specializes in the treatment of oncological diseases. Her clinics are located in Moscow (Center for Innovative Medical Technologies), St. Petersburg, Krasnodar and Samara. In September 2022, TKB Investments, founded by the shareholders of Transcapitalbank, entered into a strategic partnership agreement with Center for Innovative Medical Technologies LLC, Vademecum wrote. The bank provided the clinic’s management with debt financing, which made it possible to increase its share in this LLC to 60%. It was also reported that over the next five years, TKB Investments will acquire a 20% stake in Euroonco. At the moment, 100% of the clinic’s shares are pledged to Transcapitalbank.
