Sberbank will launch a program of long-term motivation of the most effective employees with the company’s shares, the bank’s press service said.
“The programs will be implemented in three-year cycles with annual interim payments, the cycles will be launched once a year,” the statement said.
In the first cycle, 1,000 employees of various levels will receive part of the share reward. The company will not buy back shares from the market, but will distribute part of those that it has.
