SBI Home Loan: SBI Home Loan Offer.. Save a lot of money! – SBI offers 15 to 30 bps interest rate concession for home loan borrowers this festive season

India’s largest bank SBI has announced a home loan offer on the occasion of Diwali. Accordingly, SBI is offering interest waiver on home loans from 4th October to 31st January.

On the occasion of Diwali, SBI Bank is offering an interest concession of 0.15% to 0.30% on home loans. Normally, SBI Bank Home Loans charge an interest rate of 8.55% to 9.05%.

Currently, SBI Bank is charging 8.40% to 9.05% interest on home loans under the Diwali offer. Apart from this, SBI also waives the processing fee for home loans. This way users can save a lot of money.

Farmers are going to get 2000 rupees.
However, to get this interest offer, your CIBIL Score should be good. It is important to note that your home loan interest rate is also determined based on your CIBIL score.

If your CIBIL score is 800 or above then the interest rate for home loan is 8.40%.

A CIBIL score between 750 and 799 will attract 8.40% interest.

A CIBIL score between 700 and 749 will attract 8.55% interest.

There is no change in home loan interest for those with CIBIL score 1 to 699.

8.85% interest is charged if the CIBIL score is in the range of 600 – 650.

A CIBIL score of 550 – 649 will attract 9.05% interest.
