by time news

Our country is being digitalized in line with the growing technology, which on the one hand is growing and on the other hand online fraud and cyber crime are increasing day by day.

In that sense many fraudulent offenses are currently being committed by the QR Code. In view of these fraudulent incidents SBI Bank has warned its customers not to unnecessarily scan QR codes obtained from others, as doing so will drain the money in your bank account.

SBI Bank has nearly 44 crore customers. SBI Bank has issued this warning to its customers through its Twitter page.

The tweet said, “You do not need to get a QR summer scan and get the money, just remember some security tips every time you make a UPI payment.”

SBI has said that the QR code has always been used to make payments but never to withdraw money.

In that case, if you receive a message or e-mail asking you to scan this QR this summer to get the money, do not even scan it by mistake.

If you do so by mistake, the fraudulent gang will seize all the money in your bank account. When you scan that QR that summer you will get no cash and instead you will get the message that money has been withdrawn from your account. Follow some safe steps given below to help you escape from this scam.

Banks have always provided some security information that their customers need. If you make a mistake in this, you are at risk.
