Supreme Court appointed new amicus curiae in BCCI case. Senior advocate and former Additional Solicitor General Maninder Singh has been appointed.

The BCCI is trying to make an amendment so that BCCI President Sourav Ganguly and Secretary Jai Shah can continue in that position. Justice R.M. said that three years should not be given to those who have been in office for six consecutive years. Lodha Committee had recommended. BCCI demands that the provision of the constitution prepared based on this recommendation be avoided.
