One of the most redundant genres in journalism is the actor interview. At the top of the list of stupid questions: “How does it feel to play a murderer?” Or also: “How did the love scene with Johnny Depp feel?” That’s the kind of thing you probably only ask as a conversation partner can respond with any phrase like, “Oh, it was very exciting.”
