The death of the Cuban-American actor was confirmed Angel Salazar, who gave life to the role of “Who Who” in the iconic film Scarface from 1983.
Although the causes of his death, which occurred at a friend’s house in New Yorkhave not been revealed, unofficial sources claim that the actor suffered heart problems with which he had struggled in recent years.

One of the roles that brought him fame in the world of cinema was that of “Chi Chi” alongside the great actor Al-Pacinoas one of his most faithful guards; however, that was not his only participation.
Other films in which he participated throughout his career were Punchline in 1988 and Carlitos Way in 1993.
His story
Angel Salazar was born in Cuba in 1956 and fled his country by swimming across Guantanamo Bay in the late 1970s to a US naval base, where he was then sent to Miami and then to a foster home located in New York.

During his acting career he also ventured into comedy performing in New York bars until becoming an important local figure in the industry.
Some figures from the entertainment industry such as Adam Hunter y Tito Puente Jr. have expressed their condolences for the death of the actor.
