Scooters: finally sanctuary sidewalks for pedestrians?

Then this image of a man perched on an electric scooter, fleeing after hitting it in front of his bookstore kiosk in Paris. Michèle would like to forget that she almost lost the use of her Achilles tendon a few months ago on the banks of the Seine. But every day, she sees them tumbling down with apprehension these “hordes” of bicycles and electric vehicles which graze her on this little piece of sidewalk supposed to protect her.
