Scythe has announced a new high-performance refrigeration, the Wealth 3, which has a more compact design than usual for models with double block and double fan, both of asymmetrical design. The whole is 154mm × 128mm × 138mm in size and weighs 1095g. The aluminum heatsink is traversed by six heat pipes of six millimeters in diameter.

The two fans are 120mm and run between 300 and 1500 rpm, but one is a 26mm thick Kaze Flex II, which sits in the middle of the two blocks, and the other is a 15mm Kaze Flex II Slim. . Hooks and screws are included to install it on LGA1150, LGA1151, LGA1200, LGA1156, LGA1700, AM4 and AM5 motherboards.
