The CSKA football club has agreed with the Serbian specialist Marko Nikolic that he will replace Alexei Berezutsky as the team’s head coach. This is reported by “Sport-Express” without reference to the source of information.
The publication notes that Nikolic may lead the team as early as January 2022, the terms of the contract have been agreed with him. From May 2020 to October 2021, he coached Lokomotiv, under his leadership the club won the Russian Cup of the 2020/21 season.
Now the head coach of CSKA is Alexei Berezutsky, he took this post in the summer. After 18 rounds of the Russian championship, CSKA, gaining 30 points, takes fourth place in the standings.
