We are looking for a Commercial Manager to help us grow and optimize management. Your functions will be: – Implement the customer strategy defined by the company. – Inform the client about the solutions/services that TITAN offers, using the different channels and tools available to it. – Guarantee the company’s sales and margin objectives by developing stable and trusting relationships for TITAN with clients based on the chosen channel and via development/acquisition. – Develop the customer’s purchasing potential, through the different sales channels. – Analyze the results in terms of sales, profitability and frequency of visits. – Prepare the planning of visits to guarantee the minimum number of Horeca clients established by the company. – Keep your customers’ database and replacement catalogs updated. – Be the transmitter of customer needs (e.g. services, assortment) to the Sales Manager and the different internal departments (warehouse managers, Operation Manager, administration), interacting proactively with all of them. – Be aware of the actions/innovations of our competitors, informing the Sales Manager. – Guarantee the correct situation of credit clients.
