After only 3 races, Marcel Hirscher’s comeback season is over again. The 35-year-old, who returned this year after a five-year absence from the World Cup, was seriously injured during giant slalom training on the Reiteralm.
In a harmless slip after an indoor skiing error, Hirscher suffered a torn cruciate ligament in his left knee and minor injuries to the external capsular system.
