jpnn.comJAKARTA – Secretary General of the Ministry of Manpower (Sekjen Kemnaker) Anwar Sanusi hopes that the participants in the leadership training will be able to transform their respective organizations or work units.

This hope was conveyed by Secretary General Anwar Sanusi at the 21st batch of Administrator Leadership Training (PKA), 35th batch of Supervisor Leadership Training (PKP), 2024 Training for Labor Attachés (Atnaker), Labor Technical Staff, and Head of Manpower Division in Jakarta, Monday (29/7).

“The leadership training currently being conducted is intended for the participants, all of you, to become people who are able to change, to transform their respective units to become better,” said Secretary General Anwar.

Secretary General Anwar said a well-run organization is the core of bureaucratic reform.

Meanwhile, the core of bureaucratic reform is human resources (HR) reform.

Core of the core “From HR reform is a change in mentality, mind. So what is called culture, mentality is the most core thing of the core of bureaucratic reform,” he said.

“The core question is, can we make changes for the better, can we provide benefits to the organization I am in. This is the essence of all of you, we send you to attend PKA training, PKP, Prospective Labor Attaché Training, and perhaps other functional training,” added Secretary General Anwar. (mrk/jpnn)
