The Secretary General of the Public Ministry, Angel Pineda denounced the independent deputy Enrique Montano for pointing out that he was responsible for the account in X known as Yes Master, as confirmed by the entity’s spokesperson, Juan Luis Pantaleón.
It’s news. The MP confirmed that Pineda denounced the congressman for the crimes of threats, coercion and obstruction of criminal action.
“The complaint was sent to the Prosecutor’s Office for Crimes against Justice Operators and Trade Unionists for the corresponding investigation,” highlighted Pantaleón.
What to highlight. The congressman, who chairs the investigative commission that analyzes the pre-trial against the judges of the Supreme Electoral Tribunal, said that he has been the victim of threats from an account on X that identifies itself as Yes Master.
“I have received hints (…) what they do is embolden me more, make them go to hell. We are present and we are going to accuse them to find out who are the ones who are defaming me and why? because I am doing a job worthy”. The congressman assured that the Secretary General of the Public Ministry could be behind the netcenter account and showed that within Congress, Congressman Allan Rodríguez is mentioned as another of those responsible.
The data. Montano gained notoriety after being in charge of the investigative commission, in charge of analyzing the complaint against the TSE magistrates and preparing a report in which they must recommend whether or not to withdraw his immunity.
