From what you can see in the new teaser, this latest episode will adapt the final volume of Hajime Isayama’s manga – that is, from chapters 135 to 139. So, you can expect the episode to be an hour long.
In the manga, the ending was polarizing. Therefore, one of the biggest mysteries regarding this final episode is whether or not the anime will make any changes to the original ending.

At first, the title of the final episode of Attack on Titan may seem long and redundant. But there is a logic behind it.
It goes like this: the first part of the final season consists of 16 episodes, which aired between the end of 2020 and the beginning of 2021. In early 2022, the second part came, with 12 more episodes.
Currently, the final season is in its third part, which has been split into two longer episodes. The first aired in March 2023, while the second – which will be the end of everything – arrives between September and December of this year.
