Voters who are unable to go to the polls in Elections 2024 this Sunday (6) can justify voting online, without attending the polling stations.

See below, step by step, how to complete the procedure online, through the e-Título application or through the TSE website. See below.

Justification with the e-Título application

1. Download the app: e-Titulo is available for free for IOS or Android.
2. Access to the main menu: When opening the app, select “more options”.
3. Select “Justification for Absence”: Click on “Justification for Absence” and proceed to the next step.
4. Enter the absence shift: Indicate whether you are justifying your absence in the 1st or 2nd shift.
5. Describe the reason for the absence: Give a simple objective justification.
6. Attach documents: The system will ask you to attach supporting documents, such as medical certificates or tickets.
7. Send the justification: After you have filled everything, click “finish” to send.
