DIG/ At the end of the Board of Directors of the Société d’énergie et d’eau du Gabon (SEEG) which was held on Monday, May 22, 2023 in Libreville, the Senegalese Ousmane Cissé has been appointed general manager of SEEG
the old CEO of the Pan-African channel Label TV of businessman Mactar Sylla – who went bankrupt in 2020 – replaces thee Gabonese Gustave Aimé Mayi, dismissed during the Council of Ministers of May 17, 2023.
The new boss of the SEEG Ousmane Cissé would have been dubbed by the FGIS, new majority shareholder of the SEEG.
He presented as an expert in accounting, finance and taxation with proven expertise and experience in the administration and management of organisations.
