Islamabad: The lawyer of Ghulam Haider, the Pakistani husband of the woman Seema who came from Pakistan, has given a new complaint letter. Ghulam’s lawyer Momin Malik has said that a criminal case is made against Seema. In such a situation, he has filed a complaint in Rabupura police station for FIR against him. In the complaint, along with Seema, Sachin and Sachin’s father Netrapal have also been named. In another country, after the implementation of CAA law, it is being said that Seema will be given Indian citizenship, while on the other hand, Ghulam’s lawyer says that she should be sent to jail.
Momin Malik said that Seema has come to India illegally through Nepal. Sachin and Seema were arrested in July 2023. After this he got conditional bail from the court. After getting bail, Seema is living at Sachin’s place. She is breaking the bail conditions by staying with Sachin. In such a situation, a complaint letter has been given on their behalf informing the police about the matter and a demand has been made to close the case.
‘Seema is cheating the court’
Momin Malik said that Seema has been with Sachin in an immoral manner. During bail in the court, she called herself Ghulam Haider’s wife. Her husband’s name is also mentioned as Ghulam in the FIR registered in the police station. In such a situation, how is she now living with Sachin and talking about celebrating the wedding anniversary? If she is Sachin’s wife then why is Haider mentioned as her husband in the bail. If Ghulam has a wife then on what basis is she calling herself Sachin’s wife? In such a situation, there is a clear case of fraud against him.

Momin Malik also said that marrying another person without obtaining divorce while the first husband is alive is also in the category of crime. If Seema has married Sachin without divorce, then a case is filed against her. Also, a conspiracy case will be filed against Sachin and Netrapal because both of them have supported Seema in her lies. In such a situation, the police should take action by registering a criminal case against these three.
