Under the gray of this Thursday afternoon, the large bay windows revealing Aude Prévost-Bucchianeri’s milk-white workshop attract the eyes of passers-by. The 32-year-old native of Normandy has just opened the first artisanal dairy in Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis), on the corner of rue Mériel, in the heart of the city. For several weeks, she has been making yogurts and cheeses there using milk that comes from a farm in Saint-Germer-de-Fly, in Oise.
