The Department of Justice, through the Board of Penitentiary Administration Unit (DUAP), carried out, this Saturday (18), simultaneous inspections in all penal units in Piauí in order to guarantee the maintenance of security and order in the prison system. The action was carried out by criminal police officers on duty and the Prison Tactical Group.
According to the Director of Penitentiary Administration, Criminal Police Reginaldo Moreira, the objective is also to provide security in the prison system and for society.
