A soldier shot and killed a criminal that on Sunday night he tried to assault him outside the San Borja Terminal, in the commune of Estación Central, in the Metropolitan Region.
According to information provided by the North Central Prosecutor’s Office, after using his personal weapon to repel the assault, The uniformed officer went to the Twenty-First Police Stationwith the purpose of reporting what happened.
For his part, the antisocial went on his own to a health center, where he was treated for his wounds, but died as a result of the severity of the injuries he suffered.

The prosecutor of the North Central Prosecutor’s Office, Felipe Olivari, stated that “we would be in the presence of a crime of robbery with intimidation, which was repelled by this Army officialwith his duly registered firearm.”
“Without prejudice to the fact that these are preliminary proceedings, we would be in the presence of circumstances of self-defense“said prosecutor Olivari about the attack suffered by the soldier in Estación Central
“It is an investigation that is in development. and these facts and circumstances will have to be verified, for which all due diligence is being carried out,” he explained regarding the procedure being carried out to clarify what happened outside the San Borja Terminal.
