A convention on the amendments to the felony code and the code of felony process, in addition to juvenile delinquency, is organized by the Bar Associations of Ioannina and Thesprotia on Saturday, Might 18, at 9.30 am, within the Convention Heart of the Grand Serai Lodge.
The proceedings will start with the greetings of the presidents of the Bar Associations, Christina Tsetsou and Antonis Beza, respectively. Within the first thematic part, the professor of Prison Legislation of the College of Legislation of A.P.Th. Nikolaos Bitzilekis on the subject “Vital adjustments in Prison Legislation with Legislation 5090/2024”, the professor of Prison Procedural Legislation of the Faculty of Legislation D.P.Th. Theoharis Dalakouras, with reference to “Procedural interventions beneath Legislation 5090/2024” and the Deputy Prosecutor of the Appeals of Ioannina, Evangelos Mastakas, with reference to “Amendments to the provisions on the evidentiary listening to process beneath Legislation 5090/2024”.
Relating to juvenile delinquency, the first prosecutor of Ioannina, Spyridoula Stavrati, will communicate on the subject of “Juvenile delinquency – Prevention and Suppression”, and the juvenile probation officer, social employee, Msc Counseling Theodora Horeva, on the subject of “Juveniles going through the regulation: The Probation Officer’s Position Minors”. Additionally, there will probably be a consultant of the Hellenic Police and the kid and adolescent psychiatrist, ESY Director Nikolaos Tziakis on the subject “Psychiatric and Psychosocial elements associated to the delinquency of minors”.
