SANTO DOMINGO.- This Wednesday the Senate of the Republic passed in single readings two loans corresponding to the financing of the Line 2C of the Santo Domingo Metro worth 250 million dollars, while the other 140 million dollars will be for the universal sanitation of tourist and coastal cities.
The first loan is for 250 million dollars, signed with the Inter-American Bank for Economic Integration, to finance the construction project for Metro Line 2C of Santo Domingo, with a first amendment of equal value, which will be implemented by the Office for the Reordering of Transportation.
While the second debt is for 140 million dollars, with the Inter-American Development Bank, for the financing and execution of the Universal Sanitation Program for Tourist and Coastal Cities, to be executed by the National Institute of Drinking Water and Sewerage.
