Senators from PAN and MC will not attend session to declare validity of judicial reform

The senators of the National Action Party (PAN) y Citizen Movement (MC) They reported that they will not attend the session called for this Friday at 2:00 p.m. where the declaration of constitutional validity of the reform to the Judicial Branch will be given.

The coordinator of the MC senators, Clemente Castaneda considered that the session “It is the regime’s celebration, the consummation of the robbery of the nation and therefore we are not going to attend that celebration, so to speak, we will establish our position on this matter in the next few hours.”

For this reason, he reiterated that his party is analyzing everything within its reach to challenge the judicial reform and “We are going to exhaust all the means at our disposal to overthrow it.”

Meanwhile, the PAN has warned that it will not support the approval of the judicial reform and therefore its party will not attend the session this Friday.

In an internal communication from the PAN bench it is stated that “This reform is illegitimate, spurious, and we will use legal means to challenge it”.

And they warn that they are concentrating all their efforts “in working on the party’s unconstitutionality action, our legal protection measures and other legal avenues.”
