Meanwhile, Tech Mahindra, Ultratech Cement, Infosys, Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M), Nestle India, Wipro, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), RIL, Dr Reddy’s Laboratories, Asian Paints, HCL Technologies and Bajaj Finserv were up 2.45 per cent in Friday trade. lost up to Shares of IndusInd Bank and Axis Bank traded in gains.

The BSE Sensex ended the day down 1,093.22 points (1.82 per cent) at 58,840.79 and the NSE Nifty 50 down 346.55 points (1.94 per cent) at 17,530.85, due to subdued indices in global trade.
