Mumbai: Trading in Indian stock markets fell for the 3rd day in a row yesterday in response to unfavorable international conditions.

Top-caps Reliance Industries, IT sector Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Techmahindra, HCL Technologies, Nestlé India, Asian Paints, Bajaj Finserv, Dr. Reddy’s Lab fell between 2-4.5 percent.

IndusInd and Axis Bank were the only gainers on the Sensex list.

The BSE Sensex fell 1,093.22 points (1.82%) to settle at 58,840.79. The National Stock Exchange index Nifty settled down 346.55 points (1.94%) at 17,530.85.
