And under-age fell from the balcony of a building in China while I was playing with his brother; there was not adult supervision.
A video is circulating on social media showing how a child of approximately 2 years old fell from the balcony of a house in China; the incident has caused a stir.
The 34-second clip, which was recorded by a security camera installed in the home, shows two brothers between 2 and 4 years old, playing on the small terrace of a house, without adult supervision.

Everything seems to be going on “normally” when, suddenly, the youngest of the children appears climbing on the small balcony wall while his brother watches.
Minutes later, the younger boy crossed the wall and was left hanging at a height of three or four metres towards the street. Meanwhile, the older boy moved a trolley to prevent his brother from getting off, without considering that his life was in danger.
Later, the older boy approaches his brother and begins to hit him; this situation caused the baby to lose his balance, until he finally falls into the void.
The other child, upon seeing the incident, apparently runs to help his brother, after neither of the parents appeared despite the noise they were making while playing and even after the youngest of the children ended up falling.

So far, no information has been released about the child’s health status, or why the parents were not keeping an eye on the children.
The recording has sparked outrage among social media users, who are highlighting the lack of responsibility of the minors’ parents for keeping them unsupervised, while others are highlighting the actions of the older of the minors who ended up causing the other child to fall.
