In the last hours, through an abbreviated trial of the Accusatory System, a man was sentenced to three years in prison for having been found guilty of sexually abusing his own granddaughter.
According to judicial sources, the investigation confirmed that the defendant went to his daughter’s house for lunch and, during siesta hours and taking advantage of the fact that everyone was sleeping, he began to caress his underage granddaughter.
The man touched her private parts under her clothes and the victim, after telling her parents what happened, assured that the events would have also occurred on another occasion.
During the hearing, an abbreviated trial agreement was reached and the guarantee judge found the abusive grandfather guilty, sentenced him to a sentence without prison and applied prohibition measures against him.
