After Dadis, Toumba, Captain Marcel Guilavogui also appealed against the decision of the criminal court of Dixinn relocated to the Court of Appeal of Conakry which sentenced him to 18 years of imprisonment for the facts of his participation in the massacre of September 28, 2009.
The information was confirmed this Thursday, August 8, 2024 to our editorial staff by the lawyer of the officer found guilty of crimes against humanity after the requalification of the facts of the massacre of September 28, 2009 by the criminal court of Dixinn presided over by Judge Ibrahima Sory 2 Tounkara.
“We do not agree with the decision. So, we have already appealed,” cut short Me Sidiki Bérété.
It should be recalled that if this 18-year sentence is confirmed against the one called Dadis Camara’s nephew at the Conakry Court of Appeal, he will be released from prison in four (4) years. Because, he has been detained since 2010.
