Sentenced to five years in prison for having sexual relations with a minor under fifteen years of age

Santander, November 24, 2023.- The Provincial Court of Cantabria has today sentenced a 45-year-old man to five years in prison who had sexual relations with a fifteen-year-old minor, whom he had met through an internet chat. He has also prohibited him from approaching and communicating with the young woman, who is now of age, for a period of ten years, has imposed a measure of supervised release on him for six and has disqualified him from any performance that involves contact with minors for ten.
