by time news

The thug Michaël Turan, 26, was arrested twice for the same case, by the same police department: the Central Office for the Fight against Organized Crime (OCLCO). On Wednesday April 20, he was arrested in Saint-Gratien (Val-d’Oise), near Argenteuil. The young criminal, described according to a source close to the investigation as being on the rise in organized crime, had been sentenced by default (in his absence) in June 2021 to eight years in prison by the Paris Assize Court in a case of kidnapping, sequestration and extortion of a wealthy Swiss financier in January 2015.
