MELBOURNE: Former world number one Serena Williams has been ruled out of next year’s Australian Open tennis tournament due to health issues. Serena, who has won 23 Grand Slam titles, has not been on the field since Wimbledon this year. With this, Serena will still have to wait to match Margaret Court’s record of 24 Grand Slam titles won by a woman.
