Sergio Leone, the legendary western director would have turned 95

Sergio Leone was born in Rome in via dei Lucchesi, a few steps from the Trevi Fountain, on 3 January 1929. From his first breaths Leone was immersed in the profession of cinema and was in fact the son of an artist, with his father Vincenzo Leone (aka Roberto Roberti) and his mother Bice Waleran among the pioneers of directing and acting in the Italian silent era.
