Serie A 21/22 kicks off on 22 August – ANSA

(ANSA) – MILAN, MAY 05 – Serie A 2021/22 will officially begin on August 22, with a conclusion set on May 22, 2022. The decision came during a League Council which took place in the afternoon and which made decisions on some important issues. Furthermore, as regards the next championship, the Christmas break will be from 23 December 2021 to 6 January 2022. A transfer from the Federal Council will be necessary, but it should be a formality. (HANDLE).
