Series of interviews with Mr. Bourita in Cairo on the sidelines of the Arab League Council meeting at ministerial level
Cairo – The Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Abroad, Nasser Bourita, had, Wednesday in Cairo, a series of interviews with many of his Arab counterparts on the sidelines of the Council meeting of the Arab League at ministerial level.
Mr. Bourita thus spoke with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and Mauritanians Abroad, Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug, about ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation in various areas.
This interview took place shortly before the meeting of the Arab League Council, during which the Kingdom of Morocco ceded the rotating presidency of the council to Mauritania.
In addition, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Abroad had discussions with the Emirati Minister of State, Khalifa Chahine Al-Marar.
During these talks, the two parties exchanged views on a number of issues of common interest, as well as on ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation in different areas.
Mr. Bourita also spoke with his Egyptian counterpart, Sameh Choukri, about ways to strengthen Moroccan-Egyptian relations. The two ministers also discussed the main points on the agenda of the Arab League Council session.
