Urgent Infrastructure Needs Highlighted

Cheikh Bassirou Mbacké emphasized the necessity of tackling Touba’s water and sanitation challenges. “God made you who are in power,” he addressed the Prime Minister. “God also made you come to personally investigate the situation that prevails here and in the city, especially in relation to the odds linked to hydraulics and sanitation.”

He recounted a conversation with Serigne Ahmadou Badaoui regarding unfulfilled state commitments. When asked if the Prime Minister had been reminded of these promises, the reply was affirmative, suggesting further discussion was unnecessary.
