The 14th meeting of the provincial cabinet was held under the chairmanship of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Khan Gandapur. Addressing the meeting, Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur said that there are law and order problems in the province, especially the merged districts and southern districts. And I pay tribute to the security forces who are working day and night to improve law and order, the provincial government is working together with the relevant institutions to improve the law and order situation in these areas. By improving the law and order situation, more check posts have to be handed over to the police, but before that, the capacity of the police has to be increased in these areas.
He further said that the provincial government is spending serious resources to increase the capacity of the police, currently there is a law and order problem going on in Karam but it is not a problem of terrorism or sectarianism, it is a land between the parties. There is a dispute over which the provincial government is taking steps on a priority basis for a peaceful solution. With the efforts of the administration and the police, a ceasefire has been reached between the parties today. The provincial government is working to find a permanent solution to this problem through Jirga. is
