Chennai: Finance Minister Palanivel Thiagarajan has launched a new service for pensioners in Tamil Nadu to go to their place of residence and obtain their life certificate.

For this, he has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Post Payments Bank of India on behalf of the Government of Tamil Nadu.
